How do I return an item?
MediaClone, Inc. (“MediaClone” or “Company”) executives and staff do their best to produce high quality products and aim for total customer satisfaction.
MediaClone warrants that its Products are free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase.
Shipping damage: Immediately upon receipt of a Product, Buyer should inspect the shipping box and, if any shipping damage is observed, should contact MediaClone as soon as possible. Buyer should also promptly open the shipping box and inspect the Product. If a physical defect is observed, Buyer should immediately contact MediaClone technical support at email@example.com or call (818) 654-6286 to obtain a return merchandise authorization number (“RMA”) and shipping instructions. Upon receipt of the RMA, Buyer should return the Product to the Company, along with the RMA number issued by MediaClone. At its own discretion, the Company will either repair or replace the Product. MediaClone will only accept Products with shipping damage if returned to the Company within the Product’s twelve (12) month warranty period.
DOA (“Dead-On-Arrival”): Upon receipt of a Product, Buyer should promptly turn on the Product to make sure it is working properly. If the Product does not power up, or if the Product appears to malfunction, Buyer should immediately contact MediaClone technical support at firstname.lastname@example.org, or call (818)654-6286 to obtain an RMA and shipping instructions. Upon receipt of the RMA, Buyer should return the “defective” Product to the Company, accompanied by the RMA number issued by MediaClone. At its own discretion, the Company will either repair or replace the Product. MediaClone will only accept DOA Products if returned to the Company within the Product’s twelve (12) month warranty period.
Normal Products Operation and Usage: Should a Product suddenly stop functioning properly, Buyer should communicate with MediaClone technical support team in order to try and resolve the issue. If the issues cannot be resolved remotely with the aid of the Company’s technical support, MediaClone personnel will issue Buyer an RMA and shipping instructions so that Buyer can return the Product to MediaClone for repair or exchange only. MediaClone will only accept Products if returned to the Company within the Product’s twelve (12) month warranty period. MediaClone will only accept Product returns with an RMA. To obtain an RMA, or to communicate with the Company about any other issue and to make any inquiries, please email MediaClone at email@example.com, or call (818)654-6286. The Company will issue an RMA number and instructions for returning the product within two (2) business days after receiving a request.
All Product sales are final: Media-Clone will not issue any credit or refunds for returned Products.
MediaClone management encourages all Buyers to register MediaClone purchased Products on MediaClone website, using the registration form on http://www.media-clone.net
Opening Products and tempering with the security seal without a proper authorization from MediaClone technical support team will avoid this warranty.
NOTE: THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS ARE NOT COVERED BY THIS WARRANTY. This Limited Warranty does not apply where there has been a failure of a Product due to improper use, breakage not due to defect, failure on account of faulty or improper installation, handling of the Product without reasonable care, instances where the Product has been involved in an accident, altered, abused, modified, tampered with in any way, negligently used, or where the Product has been repaired or serviced by anyone without prior authorization from the Company. This Limited Warranty does not apply to Products sold by Buyer to third parties who did not purchase the Product from MediaClone or MediaClone approved resellers. This Limited Warranty also does not cover damage to the Product during shipping caused by force majeure or an Act of God. This Limited Warranty does not apply to cables, adapters, accessories, peripherals, and any other items that may be included and shipped with the main Product unit.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: MediaClone shall not under any circumstances be liable for incidental damages or special or consequential damages. Buyer’s remedies as set forth herein are exclusive, and the liability of MediaClone to Buyer with respect to Products, including the performance or breach of any contract, or from the manufacture, sale, delivery, installation, or use of any Product covered by or furnished under this Warranty, whether arising out of contract, negligence, strict tort, or under any warranty or otherwise, shall not, except as expressly provided herein, exceed the price of the goods upon which such liability is based. This Limitation of Liability applies to original Products and replacement goods.
Under no circumstance will MediaClone be held liable for any damage and loss of data, damage to or loss of any information, physical damages, or destroyed media experienced while or as a result of using the Products, regardless of whether the data and information is stored on “Source,”, “Suspect,” “Evidence,” “Target” storage media, or any other media attached or connected to the Products.
